We also wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves so that you know who we all are. I’m going to start with myself. I’m Jose Inclan, and I’m in charge of sales, billing and marketing. Any questions regarding your billing please call me directly. I’m Kevin and I’m in charge of implementation and tech support, so whenever you have any technical questions I’m your guy. You can call me or use the chat box at the bottom of our website or the ProsperWalk webapp. I’m Miguel and I’m the app developer, so I’m the one that created your mobile app, and I’m Hugo and I’m the one that coordinates all of the software development. Alright now that you know who we are, these guys need to get back to work!
That was easy! I love it when this works! I want to tell you about a couple of things we have recently implemented in ProsperWalk that you may have noticed.
Our friends from Richmond Main Street suggested that it would be really cool if on the individual business pages on the website, we could see a map of the business. We thought this would add a lot of value to the platform and it also happened to work with our development schedule so we made it happen. Now each individual business on the website has a map so that locals and visitors can more easily find the businesses on your Downtown, Main Street, Chamber of Commerce or CVB.
Also, you may have noticed that lately there have been a lot of update notices to your mobile apps. We wanted to let you know that we know how push notifications going straight to your app. All you need to do is go to the dashboard, click on Notifications, and then type away. Once you are done you can schedule it for later, or send it right away. Everybody who has downloaded the app will receive the notification.
We are working on more cool things, and we’ll keep you posted as we roll out improvements to the platform.
